In continuation of my No. 120 of the 18th instant, relative to the attempted piracy upon the junk "Yung Shun Foo", I have the honour to inform you that the Viceroy has instructed the Kuei Shan Magistrate and the Pinghai Military Authorities to endeavour to effect the arrest of the pirates.
